All of our vehicles pass a 99 point safety inspection prior to delivery. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ABOVE, all of our vehicles come with a limited warranty based on the mileage of the vehicle. UNLESS otherwise noted in the item description, you can rest assured that your car will run as stated in the auction, free of major repair work. Warranties are as follows:

Do you need your vehicle shipped? NO PROBLEM! Provide us with your zip code and we'll take care of the rest. Shipping quotes are available upon request. Buyer is to pay all shipping costs and fees that may be incurred from shipping the vehicle. A quote is available prior to purchase. Have your own transport method? That's fine to! We do not profit from shipping your vehicle and will work with the transportation company of your choice.

Terms of Sale Overview

We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.

Payment Terms:

The successful high bidder will submit a $300.00 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Payment Methods:

Cash (In Person), certified check, bank transfer, or 3rd-party financing.

Fees and Taxes:

Our dealership charges a $45.00 documentation fee. Buyers are responsible for paying any and all taxes, title and registration fees.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS MAY BE MADE FOR DEPOSITS ONLY. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
